Succeed.Net Acquires Calweb Internet Services of Sacramento, CA

(Roseville, CA) – Succeed.Net, an independent ISP (Internet service provider) has acquired Calweb Internet Services Inc. (calweb.com) operating out of Sacramento, CA.  This is Succeed.Net’s 11th acquisition!  This acquisition merges the operations and customers of Calweb that shares many of the same roots as Succeed.Net having started with Dial-up and Web hosting back in the 1990’s and evolving over the years into email, web hosting, server colocation, DSL, and Fiber internet services.  Succeed.net will begin immediately upgrading and merging the networks and servers to provide increased performance and reliability.

Calweb (founded in 1993) is an ISP that started in the Sacramento area becoming one of the largest dial-up ISP’s from the 1990’s in the area similar to Coastal Web Online Succeed.Net previously acquired back in 2010.

Succeed.Net provides internet access to underserved communities and areas in the greater Sacramento Valley area and has been growing at an increased pace the last 5 years attempting to bridge the digital divide for mostly rural communities and residents. Succeed.Net provides internet access and VOIP to homes and businesses in all of its coverage areas.  Succeed.net also offers traditional Internet provider services such as web hosting, email, anti-spam, networking, server colocation, VPN, remote working, and cyber security services.
