Succeed.Net Acquires Assets of Netlink Services, Inc of Twinsburg, OH

(Yuba City, CA)–  Succeed.Net, an independent Internet service provider and WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider), has acquired the subscriber base and assets of Netlink Services, Inc. (www.netlink.net) of Twinsberg, Ohio.  This is Succeed.Net’s 8th acquisition and the first outside the state of California leading the way to future national expansions through the acquisition of additional telecom partnership agreements and coverage areas.

Netlink Services, Inc is one of the original ISP’s in the Ohio area around Cleveland and Akron starting in 1995.

This acquisition adds another ~1500 customers to Succeed.net subscriber base and helps build a stronger company through the benefits of consolidating the operations of both companies.  Succeed.Net also has acquired the customers and Assets of North Coast Web of Painesville, Ohio that adds another ~650 customers.  North Coast web was Netlink Services largest reseller.
