(Yuba City, CA)–  Succeed.Net, Yuba City’s largest Internet service provider has acquired the subscriber base and assets of Grass Valley Net, a local ISP in Grass Valley, CA.

Grass Valley Net is a local area ISP offering Dial-up, DSL, Fixed Wireless, and Web hosting services that was founded in 1995. Joining the Succeed.Net family will benefit it’s customers by providing a higher quality of service and access to new internet technologies such as larger footprint high speed Rural Wireless network and WiFi portals in and around the Yuba, Sutter, and Colusa county areas.
