October 2009 – Succeed.Net owner Robert Lavelock purchased an area favorite building and one of the few buildings in Yuba City 3 or more stories.  Build is known to some locals as the “Miller and Belza Building” because it was built by two local developers and real estate brokers named Gary Miller and John Belza.  The build is located near the DMV, Police station, City Hall and the majority of professional offices in Yuba City.  Succeed.Net plans to refurbish this 1989 building that includes 22 suites offices into a high end professional office that will house mostly Succeed.Net staff, multiple gigabit fiber connections and be a technology hub.  A new office rental business will be created called “Succeed Professional Suites”.  We plan to rent out the other suites to tenants such as start up companies, national company satellite offices, graphic artists, web designers, lawyers, financial planners, insurance companies, and more.
